For as long as he can remember, Émilien Deschodt has been navigating through different means of expression, techniques and materials, in search of the unknown. Beginning his research in southwest France and continuing today in Brussels, he situates his practice between drawing, sculpture, scenography, digital processes, virtual reality and other disciplines. This diversity is born of the need to explore different ways of conceiving and proposing experiences. As well as reflecting on the meaning and form of each piece, Emilien Deschodt imagines links between them, creating a narrative unfolding in terms of space, movement and the relationship between the body and the visitor.
